Radio Mirchi. Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM, with a tagline “It’s Hot!” and one of the best fm-radio station in India. It is a nationwide network of private FM radio stations in India. It is owned by the Entertainment Network India Ltd (ENIL), which is one of the subsidiaries of The Times Group. The original avatar of Radio Mirchi was Times FM. As of 2016, there were over 10 million active private limited companies in India. Regulations governing private limited companies originate in the Companies Act. A minimum of two shareholders with non-transferable shares (and a maximum of 200) with a minimum share capital of Rs 100,000 (approximately US$1,500) is required to form a private limited company.
